Privacy Policy

We care about your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it when you use LinkedIn Manager. By using the product, you agree to what’s written here.

Effective date: May 21, 2026

1. Information we collect

We only collect what’s needed to run your account and the product.

  • Account details — name, email, phone, company, billing info, and login data.
  • LinkedIn data you authorize — profile details and posting permissions. We never ask for your LinkedIn password.
  • Content you create — drafts, schedules, Post Settings, approvals, and related workflow data.
  • Technical basics — device/browser info, IP, logs, and cookies used for login and analytics.

2. How we use it

We use your data to make LinkedIn Manager work for you.

  • Run the product: drafts, scheduling, publishing, and notifications.
  • Handle billing and subscriptions.
  • Improve AI suggestions and overall product quality.
  • Keep the service secure and support you when something breaks.
  • Meet legal requirements when we have to.

3. AI-generated content

Our AI can draft or suggest posts. You’re still in charge of what goes live.

  • Please review everything before you publish.
  • AI can be wrong sometimes — we don’t guarantee leads, virality, or growth.

4. Sharing

We don’t sell your personal data.

  • We share limited data with providers we need to run the product (payments, hosting, analytics, messaging).
  • We may share data when the law requires it.
  • Sharing is limited to what’s needed for the service.

5. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, though.

  • Please keep your login details safe and manage connected accounts carefully.

6. Retention

We keep account and usage data while you’re a customer, and for a reasonable time after for backups, security, and legal needs.

  • You can ask us to delete certain personal data, subject to legal and operational limits.

7. Cookies

We ask before setting any cookie that isn't needed to run the site. You can change your choice anytime from “Cookie settings” in the footer.

  • Necessary — keep you signed in, remember your LinkedIn connection, and keep payments secure. Always on.
  • Analytics — help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Only with your consent.
  • Marketing — measure our ads and show relevant ones elsewhere. Only with your consent.
  • We remember your choice for 6 months, then ask again. You can also clear cookies in your browser settings.

8. Third-party services

We connect with tools like LinkedIn, Razorpay, WhatsApp, hosting, and analytics.

  • We’re not responsible for how those platforms handle data or change their policies.
  • It’s worth reading their privacy policies too.

9. Children’s privacy

LinkedIn Manager is for people 18 and older. We don’t knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for business losses, post performance, LinkedIn reach, account restrictions, outages, or third-party actions.

11. Policy updates

We may update this policy. The latest version will always be on this page with a new date. Keeping using the product after an update means you accept the new terms.
